Prefeitura Digital atua para melhorar a estrutura tecnol\u00f3gica da Prefeitura de S\u00e3o Paulo, dando prioridade para o atendimento ao cidad\u00e3o de S\u00e3o \u00e9 atacar a defasagem de equipamentos e a baixa informatiza\u00e7\u00e3o dos procedimentos internos da Administra\u00e7\u00e3o P\u00fablica Municipal, que causam morosidade \u00e0 presta\u00e7\u00e3o de servi\u00e7os e dificultam o acolhimento de demandas da cidade.<\/p><p>Idealizado pela Coordenadoria de Gest\u00e3o de Tecnologia da Informa\u00e7\u00e3o da Secretaria de Inova\u00e7\u00e3o e Tecnbologia (SMIT\/CGTIC), o programa possui diversas frentes de atua\u00e7\u00e3o, ora contando com especialistas em gest\u00e3o de projetos e de governan\u00e7a de TIC para viabilizar as iniciativas, ora contando com parcerias de outros \u00f3rg\u00e3os e entidades da Prefeitura e href=\"https:\/\/tecnologia.prefeitura.sp.gov.br\/?page_id=1117\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> Planos Setoriais de Tecnologia<\/a>, que permitem identificar o qu\u00ea e onde h\u00e1 demandas de melhorias nos parques tecnol\u00f3gicos. A partir disso, planejou-se diversas a\u00e7\u00f5es que impactam diretamente na rotina da gest\u00e3o interna dos \u00f3rg\u00e3os, desburocratizando processos e trazendo melhorias significativas para o atendimento e resolu\u00e7\u00e3o de demandas da cidade, como mais agilidade, seguran\u00e7a e efici\u00eancia no uso de recursos.<\/p><p><strong>Uma Prefeitura mais conectada com S\u00e3o href=\"https:\/\/tecnologia.prefeitura.sp.gov.br\/?page_id=1098\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Plano Estrat\u00e9gico de Tecnologia da Informa\u00e7\u00e3o e Comunica\u00e7\u00e3o \u2013 PETIC (2017-2020)<\/a>, a a\u00e7\u00e3o de atualiza\u00e7\u00e3o do parque tecnol\u00f3gico da Prefeitura de S\u00e3o Paulo j\u00e1:<\/p><ul><li><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\"><span style=\"letter-spacing: 0.2px;\">7.338 desktop <\/span><span style=\"letter-spacing: 0.2px;\"><span style=\"letter-spacing: 0.2px;\">distribu\u00eddos entre 2017 e 2020. <\/span><span style=\"letter-spacing: 0.2px;\">Entre eles, 931 desktops (provenientes de aquisi\u00e7\u00f5es centralizadas\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"letter-spacing: 0.2px;\">ou de doa\u00e7\u00f5es do segundo setor) entregues para todas as 32 subprefeituras e mais de 20 outros \u00f3rg\u00e3os, e <\/span>6.407 computadores desktop s\u00f3 em 2019, distribu\u00eddos em 2020 para 55 \u00f3rg\u00e3os municipais (32 subprefeituras e 23 da administra\u00e7\u00e3o direta), a\u00e7\u00e3o<\/span><span style=\"letter-spacing: 0.2px;\"><span style=\"letter-spacing: 0.2px;\"> centralizada pela Secretaria de Inova\u00e7\u00e3o e Tecnologia <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\"><span style=\"letter-spacing: 0.2px;\">436 scanners e 40 multifuncionais (visando acelerar a <a href=\"https:\/\/tecnologia.prefeitura.sp.gov.br\/?p=919\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">informatiza\u00e7\u00e3o dos processos internos<\/a>), adquiridos e distribu\u00eddos pela Secretaria de Inova\u00e7\u00e3o e Tecnologia <\/span><span style=\"letter-spacing: 0.2px;\"><span style=\"letter-spacing: 0.2px;\">para mais de 70 \u00f3rg\u00e3os e entidades da processo de moderniza\u00e7\u00e3o da infraestrutura local (rede l\u00f3gica) das 32 subprefeituras da cidade de S\u00e3o Paulo, agilizando a rotina do acolhimento de demandas do \u00f3rg\u00e3o e suas pra\u00e7as de atendimento, trazendo celeridade a presta\u00e7\u00e3o de servi\u00e7os p\u00fablicos para sua regi\u00e3o. As a\u00e7\u00f5es incluem:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">Fornecimento de Link de internet com velocidade de 50 Mbps a 100 Mbps<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">Moderniza\u00e7\u00e3o da Infraestrutura de cabeamento estruturado de rede&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Essas a\u00e7\u00f5es trazem grande economia para os cofres p\u00fablicos, al\u00e9m de impactar diretamente a presta\u00e7\u00e3o de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o Unificado) e outros equipamentos de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p><ul><li dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">Entre os itens instalados, estavam equipamentos que melhoram a gest\u00e3o da rede interna <a href=\"https:\/\/g1.globo.com\/sao-paulo\/noticia\/prefeitura-de-sp-recebe-doacao-de-r-300-milhoes-em-equipamentos-de-informatica.ghtml\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">doados pela Cisco<\/a>, que teve in\u00edcio desde 2017. Agora, proporcionam internet de alta velocidade, infraestrutura de seguran\u00e7a e gest\u00e3o de conte\u00fado de rede nas escolas.<\/span><\/li><li dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">Nos 46 CEUs (Centro de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o Unificado), a internet ficou seis vezes mais veloz, subindo de 8MBps para 100MBps<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p dir=\"ltr\">O financiamento dessas melhorias tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 feito por meio de um Termo de Ajustamento de Conduta (TAC), firmado com a Telef\u00f4nica em
