Na <a href=\"https:\/\/tecnologia.prefeitura.sp.gov.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/Brochura_OT_Vol1_v19.pdf#page=19\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">p\u00e1gina 19<\/span><\/a> h\u00e1 o t\u00f3pico &#8220;Vou alugar ativos de microinform\u00e1tica&#8221;, que aborda os requisitos que devem ser levados em considera\u00e7\u00e3o ao alugar computadores. Na<span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"> <a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/tecnologia.prefeitura.sp.gov.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/Brochura_OT_Vol1_v19.pdf#page=13\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">p\u00e1gina 13<\/a><\/span>\u00a0h\u00e1 um exemplo de an\u00e1lise de economicidade que compara o custo da aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o e da loca\u00e7\u00e3o de computadores.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Atualmente, 18 dos 65 \u00f3rg\u00e3os que responderam ao diagn\u00f3stico alugam desktops e 13 dos 65 \u00f3rg\u00e3os alugam notebooks. Comparando com as respostas do Diagn\u00f3stico de TIC de 2023, ocorreu um aumento de 4 \u00f3rg\u00e3os no aluguel de desktops e de 6 \u00f3rg\u00e3os no aluguel de notebooks.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">A propor\u00e7\u00e3o de desktops locados nos \u00f3rg\u00e3os que alugam \u00e9 de 61%. Em 2 \u00f3rg\u00e3os, 100% dos desktops s\u00e3o locados:<\/span><\/p><ol><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">SP Regula;<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Subprefeitura de Itaquera.<\/span><\/li><\/ol><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Quanto aos notebooks, essa propor\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 de 91%, sendo que em 4 \u00f3rg\u00e3os o valor \u00e9 de 100%:<\/span><\/p><ol><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">SP Regula;<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">IPREM;<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Subprefeitura Ipiranga;<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Subprefeitura Itaquera.<\/span><\/li><\/ol><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">A Secretaria da Sa\u00fade se destaca pela quantidade de equipamentos locados informados, sendo 20.000 desktops e 3.000 notebooks.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Al\u00e9m da quantidade de ativos locados, havia uma pergunta sobre o suporte t\u00e9cnico desses ativos. Sendo que 89% dos \u00f3rg\u00e3os que alugam computadores incluem o servi\u00e7o de suporte t\u00e9cnico. Em 72% dos \u00f3rg\u00e3os o suporte \u00e9 remoto e em 17% o t\u00e9cnico fica presencialmente no \u00f3rg\u00e3o. O percentual sobre o servi\u00e7o de suporte t\u00e9cnico dos notebooks foi semelhante.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ao acessar o <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/app.powerbi.com\/view?r=eyJrIjoiODI2YTcwZGEtZTRjZi00NzViLTllZWMtNmE2YTY3NGI3ODVjIiwidCI6ImYzOThkZjljLWZkMGMtNDgyOS1hMDAzLWM3NzBhMWM0YTA2MyJ9\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Relat\u00f3rio Detalhado do PDSTIC<\/a><\/span> (p\u00e1gina 4) \u00e9 poss\u00edvel verificar o planejamento realizado pelos \u00f3rg\u00e3os para a loca\u00e7\u00e3o de desktop e notebook em 2024.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Para os \u00f3rg\u00e3os que pretendem realizar a loca\u00e7\u00e3o de desktop ou notebook, recomendamos a leitura da<span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"> <a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/tecnologia.prefeitura.sp.gov.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/Brochura_OT_Vol1_v19.pdf#page=9\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">OT 001<\/a>.<\/span> Para auxiliar os l\u00edderes\/respons\u00e1veis de TIC que pretendem alugar desktops\/notebooks, nas p\u00e1ginas 3 e 4 do relat\u00f3rio s\u00e3o apresentados os contratos de loca\u00e7\u00e3o de computadores e notebooks encontrados na <a href=\"http:\/\/transparencia.prefeitura.sp.gov.br\/contratos-convenios-e-compras-publicas\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">p\u00e1gina de contratos da Prefeitura de S\u00e3o Paulo<\/span><\/a>. Foram inclu\u00eddos os contratos de 2022, 2023 e 2024, portanto h\u00e1 duplicidades de contratos, mas com data de assinatura e\/ou valores diferentes.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color:
