Em seguida foi relatado algumas hip\u00f3teses para n\u00e3o adotar os softwares de c\u00f3digo aberto e tamb\u00e9m foram discutidas as possibilidades de usar um reposit\u00f3rio central para armazenamento de softwares de c\u00f3digo aberto.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section execu\u00e7\u00e3o da pol\u00edtica de governan\u00e7a na prefeitura de S\u00e3o Paulo, sendo:<\/p><ul><li>Quantidade de ativos de TI e rede;<\/li><li>Situa\u00e7\u00e3o de rede interna e reestrutura\u00e7\u00e3o da rede nas Subprefeituras;<\/li><li>Escala de maturidade;<\/li><li>Execu\u00e7\u00e3o dos planos setoriais;<\/li><li>Visitas t\u00e9cnicas;<\/li><li>Pesquisa de satisfa\u00e7\u00e3o dos servidores de TIC;<\/li><li>Despesa com TIC na Prefeitura de S\u00e3o Paulo segundo a consultoria Gartner.<\/li><\/ul><p>Alguns representantes de subprefeituras ressaltaram e confirmaram que \u00e9 comum o pedido de mudan\u00e7as de pontos de rede sem crit\u00e9rios t\u00e9cnicos e seria importante ter algum normativo para impedir mudan\u00e7as ap\u00f3s a reestrutura\u00e7\u00e3o da rede.\u00a0<br \/>Ressaltamos que mudan\u00e7as nos pontos poder\u00e1 acarretar na perda de certifica\u00e7\u00e3o da rede instalada e da garantia do servi\u00e7o prestado.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section v\u00eddeo explicando o que \u00e9 or\u00e7amento p\u00fablico e em seguida foram apresentados os prazos de cada etapa da elabora\u00e7\u00e3o do or\u00e7amento. Discutimos a portaria\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/legislacao.prefeitura.sp.gov.br\/leis\/portaria-secretaria-municipal-da-fazenda-sf-136-de-31-de-maio-de-2019\">SF 136 de 31\/05\/2019<\/a>\u00a0que inclui o\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/govit.prefeitura.sp.gov.br\/repdocs\/petic-pmsp-2017-2020.pdf\/view\">Plano Estrat\u00e9gico de Tecnologia da Informa\u00e7\u00e3o e Comunica\u00e7\u00e3o 2017-2020 (PETIC)<\/a>\u00a0entre os programas que devem ser utilizados na elabora\u00e7\u00e3o do or\u00e7amento bem como a import\u00e2ncia de incluir no grupo de planejamento um representante com conhecimento nesse plano estrat\u00e9gico.<br \/>Al\u00e9m disso, foram disponibilizados links para os \u00f3rg\u00e3os setoriais acompanharem os seguintes pontos sobre o or\u00e7amento:<\/p><ul><li>PPA &#8211; Plano Plurianual;<\/li><li>LDO &#8211; Lei de Diretrizes Or\u00e7ament\u00e1rias;<\/li><li>LOA &#8211; Lei de Or\u00e7amento Anual;<\/li><li>Decreto de abertura do or\u00e7amento;<\/li><li>Portaria de grupos de planejamento;<\/li><li>Acompanhar a execu\u00e7\u00e3o or\u00e7ament\u00e1ria.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-44d3f53 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"44d3f53\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-e-type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-001c73e\" data-id=\"001c73e\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f904b11 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"f904b11\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Plano Setorial 2020 (FATIMA)<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-c003c85 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"c003c85\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-e-type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-63186eb\" data-id=\"63186eb\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d0d1d21 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"d0d1d21\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Sobre o Plano Setorial 2020, apresentamos a proposta de planejar as a\u00e7\u00f5es de TIC de 2020 na FATIMA em julho e levar esse planejamento para discuss\u00e3o no Grupo de Planejamento de or\u00e7amento o quanto antes. Dessa forma ser\u00e1 poss\u00edvel garantir or\u00e7amento para executar as a\u00e7\u00f5es no PDSTIC.<\/p><p>Enfatizamos a import\u00e2ncia de vincular quando poss\u00edvel as a\u00e7\u00f5es planejadas aos indicadores do PETIC ou outros instrumentos.
