Com as restri\u00e7\u00f5es de circula\u00e7\u00e3o devido \u00e0 pandemia causada pelo novo coronav\u00edrus (Covid-19), v\u00e1rios itens de custeio administrativo foram diminu\u00eddos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Entre as principais despesas que foram economizadas est\u00e3o os deslocamentos e viagens a servi\u00e7o (di\u00e1rias + passagens) e os servi\u00e7os de energia el\u00e9trica e comunica\u00e7\u00e3o.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na semana passada, o Minist\u00e9rio da Economia publicou a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.in.gov.br\/en\/web\/dou\/-\/instrucao-normativa-n-65-de-30-de-julho-de-2020-269669395\">Instru\u00e7\u00e3o Normativa n\u00ba 65<\/a>, que estabelece orienta\u00e7\u00f5es para a ado\u00e7\u00e3o do regime de teletrabalho nos \u00f3rg\u00e3os e entidades integrantes do Sistema de Pessoal Civil da Administra\u00e7\u00e3o Federal (Sipec). A implanta\u00e7\u00e3o do programa de gest\u00e3o \u00e9 facultativa aos \u00f3rg\u00e3os e entidades da Administra\u00e7\u00e3o P\u00fablica Federal e deve ocorrer em fun\u00e7\u00e3o da conveni\u00eancia e do interesse no servi\u00e7o.
