O documento, revisto e validado pelo Comit\u00ea Municipal de Atendimento ao Cidad\u00e3o (CMAC), descreve as compet\u00eancias necess\u00e1rias para servidoras (es) e funcion\u00e1rias (os) que trabalham com atendimento ao p\u00fablico.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A elabora\u00e7\u00e3o do documento foi uma parceria entre duas coordenadorias da SMIT: a de Atendimento ao Cidad\u00e3o e Moderniza\u00e7\u00e3o dos Servi\u00e7os P\u00fablicos (CASP) e a de Atendimento Presencial (CAP), respons\u00e1vel pelo gerenciamento das unidades do programa Descomplica SP, que aproximou o documento do cotidiano da gest\u00e3o p\u00fablica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A Orienta\u00e7\u00e3o aborda os perfis mais frequentes nas pra\u00e7as de atendimento e quais a\u00e7\u00f5es e ferramentas a gest\u00e3o dessas equipes pode utilizar para cada perfil, visando melhorar a experi\u00eancia da popula\u00e7\u00e3o na demanda por servi\u00e7os e a valoriza\u00e7\u00e3o dos profissionais.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A expectativa \u00e9 que a Orienta\u00e7\u00e3o T\u00e9cnica sirva para equipes de atendimento j\u00e1 formadas quanto para qualificar a forma\u00e7\u00e3o de outras.
