Publicado no Di\u00e1rio Oficial da Uni\u00e3o (DOU) dessa segunda-feira (18), o Decreto Presidencial N\u00ba 10.602<\/a> que regulamenta a Lei de Tecnologias da Informa\u00e7\u00e3o e Comunica\u00e7\u00e3o (TICs) e traz novas mudan\u00e7as para trazer mais seguran\u00e7a jur\u00eddica e tribut\u00e1ria para as empresas que se beneficiam da Lei. O objetivo \u00e9 incentivar a pesquisa e o desenvolvimento do setor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As altera\u00e7\u00f5es trazem um novo cen\u00e1rio para as empresas de TICs, que s\u00e3o respons\u00e1veis por um n\u00famero significativo de postos de trabalho e possuem uma transversalidade que beneficia o setor econ\u00f4mico como um todo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Uma altera\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 a possibilidade de que sejam contabilizados como investimento em atividades de Pesquisa, Desenvolvimento e Inova\u00e7\u00e3o (PD&I) do ano-calend\u00e1rio os disp\u00eandios \u201ccorrespondentes \u00e0 execu\u00e7\u00e3o de atividades de realizadas at\u00e9 31 de mar\u00e7o do ano subsequente\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Outra altera\u00e7\u00e3o relevante permite que, caso uma empresa esteja presente em mais de um local no Pa\u00eds, ela possa se valer de regimes diferentes \u2013 ou seja, uma ind\u00fastria pode usar o regime de cr\u00e9ditos trimestrais dos incentivos, enquanto outra usa o sistema anual.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cA expectativa \u00e9 que as altera\u00e7\u00f5es tragam ainda mais seguran\u00e7a jur\u00eddica, um maior detalhamento do que \u00e9 coberto e como \u00e9 coberto pela Lei inclusive nas quest\u00f5es dos c\u00e1lculos tribut\u00e1rios. As altera\u00e7\u00f5es v\u00e3o permitir maior investimento na forma\u00e7\u00e3o de pessoal, maior fomento em ci\u00eancia e tecnologia neste setor que emprega milhares de pessoas e precisa de mais postos de trabalho ainda\u201d, ressaltou o ministro da Ci\u00eancia, Tecnologia e Inova\u00e7\u00f5es, Marcos Pontes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
